Requesting a custom ribbon skirt!
To request a custom ribbon skirt, provide your measurements (waist, hips, skirt length), preferred fabric and ribbon colors, ribbon width and pattern preferences, and any special details (lining, pockets, waistband style, closures). Share reference photos or sketches if you have them, and tell us your deadline.
How the process works (including cost breakdown)
Consultation and design
We confirm measurements and design details.
Cost: usually a small consulting fee or included in the deposit.
Materials
Fabric, ribbon, lining, thread, elastic or zipper, and any trims.
Cost varies by material quality and quantity; higher-quality silk or specialty ribbons raise the price.
Labor and construction
Pattern drafting, cutting, sewing, and finishing (hemming, waistband, closures).
Labor cost depends on complexity (number of ribbons, appliqué, hand-stitching) and time required.
Additional services
Custom lining, pockets, bespoke closures, or rush orders add to the price.
Shipping and taxes
Packaging and shipping fees plus applicable taxes.
Pricing note: Each custom ribbon skirt is unique—materials, complexity, and labor differ—so pricing is provided as a personalized quote after the consultation. Typical cost ranges depend on fabric choice and complexity; simple skirts with basic ribbons are lower-cost, while multi-layered, hand-stitched, or premium-fabric skirts are higher. We provide a detailed invoice breaking down materials, labor, and additional fees before production starts.
